The air valve provides high capacity vacuum protection. When vacuum condition occurs the valve will admit full volume of air intake.
The special orifice design, a combination of stainless steel and E.P.D.M., assures long-term maintenance-free operation.
Application Range
- Working pressure range:
- Sealing at low pressure of : VB-060 : 0.02 bar , VB060+ air valve: 0.2 bar
- Opening pressure : VB-060 : 0.02 bar , VB-060 + air valve: 0.02 bar
- Normal maximum working pressure 16 bar.
- Maximum operating temperature: 60°C.
- Maximum intermittent temperature: 90° C.
- The VB-060 Vacuum Breaker can be used in both potable water and wastewater applications
